1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Ram Car Rental website and services (the "Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. User Accounts

To make a reservation, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and any activity under your account.

3. Reservations, Payment, and Fees

All reservations depend on vehicle availability. A valid payment method is required. All fees, taxes, insurance, and optional service charges will appear during booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation more than 48 hours before pickup.
• A fee may apply for cancellations within 48 hours.
• No-shows are charged the full reservation amount.

5. Renter Responsibilities

The renter must present these items at pickup:

• A valid driver's license valid in Saudi Arabia.
• The same payment method used during booking.
• Proof of insurance if declining our insurance.

The renter is responsible for damages, fines, tolls, and violations issued by Saudi authorities during the rental period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ram Car Rental is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Major updates will be announced 30 days before becoming effective.
